Presenting The Therma Collection — three contemporary homes crafted in collaboration with Ardel Homes, where light, architecture, and landscape come together to create a calm sense of connection.

Each design celebrates open-plan living that flows seamlessly from indoors to out. Developed to adapt to varied occupants, orientations, and settings, the collection balances flexibility, liveability, and efficiency of space.

Every material, fixture, and finish is chosen for durability, performance, and timeless appeal — embodying the same quality and care found in bespoke architectural builds. This collaboration with Ardel maintains high-end specifications while optimising value for clients.

A kitchen with a view…

A warm and welcoming home, with thoughtful materiality. The dark joinery is complemented by a striking Titanium Gold Granite island sourced from , while the timber hemlock castellation ceiling brings softness and rhythm to the space.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows capture breathtaking views of the alpine region, seamlessly connecting the kitchen and dining area to the landscape beyond.

Our Mansfield House is set gently into the hillside just outside Mansfield, this country home has just completed its final inspection and handover to the clients. Resting seamlessly within its bushland setting, the warm, earthy tones of rammed earth walls—crafted by —and the textural richness of burnished concrete create a quiet and grounded form that feels entirely at home in the landscape.

Built by , the dwelling embraces its surrounds, with sweeping views over the alpine region inviting its new owners to settle into the beauty of place for years to come.
