This is a client-facing role involving on-site visits, assessing roofing projects, preparing accurate quotes, and building strong client relationships from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
* Attend client appointments for quotes and consultations
* Assess repairs, replacements, and restorations on-site
* Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
* Guide clients through the process and build trust
* Convert leads into confirmed jobs
* Work with the team to ensure smooth project delivery
* Support the Director and step into a leadership role when required

About You:
* Proven experience in roofing or construction (essential)
* Strong estimating and quoting skills
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
* Organised, self-managed, and reliable
* Competent with systems, emails, and admin tasks
* Able to work independently across site and office
* Holds a current driver’s licence
