Geographe Land Management is looking for a skilled operator to join the team. We specialise in forestry site preparation — spraying, mounding and raking. Delivering high-quality work across the South West.

With continued growth, we’re looking for someone reliable, capable and confident on machinery to come on board.

The role:
-Operating skidders, tractors, excavators & side-by-sides
-Working across a range of forestry sites
-Being part of a team that takes pride in doing the job properly
-Dozer experience is a bonus
-Pest Management Technician License is a bonus but not essential

Potential to work on a 4:4 roster for the right candidate.

There’s been a bit going on behind the scenes for 2026. Skidder rebuild is well and truly underway, some good progress happening & we can’t wait to get it in the field as well as 2 exciting new attachments!

2025 was a busy year full of many accomplishments but also challenges. We are into 2026! With an exciting year ahead, new equipment in the works and expanding deeper into Forestry services. Thanks to all of our great clients for the ongoing support.

It’s been awhile in between posts but we’ve been flat out! This is our current project we are working on cleaning up pine prunings. We will share more of our work over the last few months in the coming days 🌲

Exciting news from the Geographe Land Management team - we’re now officially licensed for commercial forestry spraying! We’ve been busy building adaptable spray units to suit different applications and plantations.
