We’re expanding and looking for a skilled, reliable, experienced Handyman to join our growing team.

This is a role for someone confident, capable, and able to work independently across a wide range of residential maintenance tasks.

🛠 The Role:
You will be completing day-to-day maintenance and repair work across residential properties. You must be confident working independently and managing your own jobs.

Strong experience required in:
Door hardware repairs & replacements (handles, locks, hinges)

Wall repairs, plaster patching & painting (must be neat and experienced)

Siliconing (bathrooms, kitchens, external sealing)

Flyscreen mesh replacement

General carpentry repairs

Minor plumbing maintenance (non-licensed work)

Installing blinds, towel rails, shelving, etc.

General property fault diagnosis and repairs

Attention to detail and clean workmanship is essential.

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

Proven handyman/property maintenance experience
Ability to work unsupervised
Own reliable ute (essential)
Own tools (essential)
Police check (required)
Strong problem-solving ability
Professional presentation and communication
Trade background (especially carpentry) highly regarded.

🌱 The Role:
You’ll be responsible for lawn and yard maintenance across multiple properties throughout the Bundaberg region.

Zero-turn ride-on mowing
Blowing down paths & driveways
Basic garden clean-ups
General yard presentation
We work with real estates and private clients presentation matters. Attention to detail is essential.

This role is casual or part-time (approx. 3 days per week) and would suit someone who understands the building / renovation industry, knows the lingo, and genuinely loves providing exceptional customer service:

About the role:
You’ll be supporting the day-to-day admin operations of the business, including:
General administration and inbox management
Customer communication (calls, emails, follow-ups)
Invoicing, quoting and data entry
Working with MYOB
Liaising with tradies, suppliers and property managers

What we’re looking for:

✅ Experience using MYOB
✅ Background in the building / renovation / trade industry
✅ Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes
✅ Impeccable customer service skills – this is non-negotiable
✅ Well-organised, proactive and reliable
