Our St Clair Street custom home embraces a soft Japandi-inspired style, combining clean architectural lines, natural textures, and light-filled open-plan living for effortless everyday comfort.
Upon entry, you’re welcomed by Jerusalem Avorio tiles laid in a French pattern, supplied by PattersonTiles, who also provided all tiles throughout the wet areas and alfresco. The entry, living area, and hallways feature Coastal Blackbutt vinyl planks, while the bedrooms are finished in a light beige carpet from Bundaberg Carpets & Vinyls, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The exterior pairs DecoClad Narrowline cladding at the entry with James Hardie Oblique, Fine Texture and Axon claddings complemented by a McHugh Steel roof and flashings — delivering durability, precision, and a clean, timeless finish.
A collaboration with Dean Stewart Constructions, bringing craftsmanship and thoughtful design together in every detail.
