We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to provide you with an update regarding our lawn mowing services.
As some of you may be aware, we have been experiencing some health issues that have impacted our ability to maintain our usual routine. As a result, we have fallen behind on some of our scheduled jobs.
We deeply value each and every one of our clients and appreciate your patience during this challenging time. It is with great regret that we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend accepting new clients until we can get our current clients' lawns back on track.
To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to our existing clients, we have reduced our daily workload to servicing one lawn per day, with the occasional possibility of servicing two lawns when feasible. This adjustment will allow us to focus our efforts on completing our current commitments.
We understand that this news may be disappointing for those who were hoping to engage our services. However, we believe that this is the most responsible course of action to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality lawn care to our existing clients.
It is important to note that Laurinda holds a part-time job outside of our business, which means that she dedicates her days off to managing our lawn care services. Additionally, Luke has recently taken on additional employment, which also requires him to work on his days off. As the holiday season approaches, both Laurinda and Luke have prioritized their work commitments to their respective employers.
Given these circumstances, we have made the decision to temporarily halt the intake of new clients to focus on our health, other work opportunities, and family responsibilities.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please understand that our reliability priorities sometimes necessitate prioritizing family and health over certain tasks.
We remain committed to providing our existing clients with the best possible service and will work diligently to complete any outstanding jobs as soon as possible.
