Who else swears by their electric heat pack, throw rug or hot water bottle? 🙋‍♀️

Always make sure you only buy electric heating equipment that meets relevant safety standards and check it has the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM). Only ever buy electrical items from a registered seller or supplier!

Our friends over at recommend to NEVER use boiling water to fill up a hot water bottle, and to only ever use hot tap water to avoid burning yourself. You should also never leave a hot water bottle on one part of the body for more than 20 minutes. Remember, electric hot water bottles are not user refillable
