A garage ceiling conversion we recently completed in Petrie.
We got some great stage by stage snaps of this one.

-Starting out with plaster battens direct fixed to the steel trusses followed up with droppers from the roof battens for extra support in between.

-We then added in some bulk heads to seal around the roller doors either end for great dust, vermin and insulation properties while also leaving the roller doors fully operational and accessible for maintenance.

-Next we insulated with above standard insulation batts and added a whirly bird to the roof for extra heat reduction.

-Lastly we gyprock sheeted and finished off with QLD style timber joining straps as a feature to this fresh new space and as an alternative to a plaster troweld finish.

A strip footing for an electric roller gate we recently boxed up and poured for a client in Morayfield.
We noticed the fence footing wasn’t adequate on excavation so thickened up our gate footing and tied it back into the existing fence footing with starter bars.

We recently completed this beautiful gazebo style pergola along side a pool for a client. With hand pitched feature gables and half height veejay side walls we listened carefully to the clients thoughts and ideas and gave them this. Fair to say the client was wrapped with the finished results.
