Finally got around to finishing the rear bar and small toolbox add.
Only the diesel heater to fit now.

I've been so busy renovating the house I haven't had much time in the workshop. I did need to solve an issue with barriers on the bunks as mine I higher than usual.
I wanted something neat, easy to use and strong enough to stop kids rolling out accidentally. Not they ever have, more so peace off mind.
The idea suddenly came to me whilst I was gardening and had to fit in with the existing structure.
A simple slide out!

Our clients here quickly outgrew their previous van with their 3 kids though couldn't find anything they liked.
So they purchased an old 23ft Supreme and asked us to complete CUSTOM restore the ENTIRE van from the ground up.

After the first Christmas run, I wasn't happy with the short draw bar, so I hired a master welder & custom car builder to extend the existing one 900mm.
This brought the tow ball weight up to 230kg where i actually wanted it, give's the van a longer wheel base and I was also able to add in the bike rack we have.
All for 2 days work and about half a day to extend all the electrics, just in time for our second run a few weeks ago was an absolute dream, didn't even know it was behind the Patrol.

Happy new year to all.

Just to let you know I'm having a small break so i can focus on a few other projects that need my attention

I am still available to quote and work on any vans that need it. I can fit them in between what I'm doing.
