Dead patches in lawn …
are more common than you might think, and can have a ranges of causes. Here’s a few of the most common I’ve come across.
Using the wrong herbicide, or a mistake in the math resulting in the wrong concentration can kill your lawn in quick time, easily avoided by either paying a spray contractor, or by visiting your local Agricultural supplier and getting the right gear and their help doing the math.
Spilling salt from rinsing the boat motor on your lawn, or oil or fuel spills from servicing your car can be avoided by better site selection.
Fertiliser burn, too much in one place at one time on your lawn, particularly granular chemical fertilisers, which is easily avoided by using a pelletised compost.

How hard can it be…?
Thanks to my youngest Logan for my new gardening mantra.
Mystery chillies seeds
10 days in.
They are a mystery cos I didn’t label the paper bag and then they shrivelled up beyond recognition 🤣
They are in some mix that I found dried out in a 20cm pot probly from a couple of years ago.
Bit of tap water every coupladays to keep them moist. (I hear by authorise coupladays as a legit word)
Couldn’t find a ruler so archers phone charger makes a handy size reference 🤣

So we got home after a year away and the Meyer lemon tree was looking yellow and blotchy. It’s a common question on garden forums, thought I’d put a video up so let you know what I do with it 😊 Grow, to eat, at home
