This Walsall farm house is nearing completion.
The home has corrigated roofs with no eaves flowing onto vertical corrigated walling blended with feature hardwood cladded panels (to follow)
A undercover walkway link the two wings.
Polished concrete floors through out.....looks amazing inside. Looking forward to the finised home.

One of the 3 farm houses currently under construction. This one in Jindong Treeton is progressing well.
The home feature a wrap around Veranda with view of a dam from the Living area.
I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship, looking very neat and clean aswell. Nice work👏

Frames delivered and this home at Panorama Rise Quindalup is now in progress.

I am a big fan of offsite pre manufacturing. So many positives about it.

The home features a stepped gable roof design with a raked ceilings to the central living area and flanked by bedroom wings on both sides.

This is an owner build and going by the attention to detail by the owner, this will be a well finished home.

Looking forward to see the finished home.

What a transformation of this 1990s home.
Originally this home had a seperate Dining Kitchen area and was all exposed face brick. We removed the Kitchen Dining dividing wall to create an opening plan living area and remodelled the Kitchen. The old entry passage behind the new Kitchen became the Pantry and we split the unused Bedroom into an Appliance Kitchen and Study.
This well executed renovation was done by the owner and his son.

Some photos of the recently complete transportable park home. These home are built off site and sit on a chassis with wheels and tow bar. This home has 2 bedroom, Toilet with basin, open plan Living and Kitchen. The bathroom is located in the park ensuite next to the home.

Another great site visit of this new home. What a fantastic job the owners are doing with the landscaping, the home feels established and settled in.
The home is beautifully decorated and very welcoming.
The family area is bright and fresh with big windows and doors extending the space to the outside. The room was filled with morning winter sun. What a nice space.
Just a beautiful home.

It is warm, colourful and exciting. ....beautifully done🙂 ....just love it.
