Here is a few pics of one of our recent jobs, unfortunately the next door neighbour had a delivery truck drive over the side of our clients driveway, this caused the cement to crack and paving to start moving, we jumped in and sorted this driveway out and the client was stoked,

Another job completed between Christmas and New Year.
A bit of a challenge due to a mix of secondhand pavers and new pavers, so we had to work with a lot of different sizes.
An old house so absolutely nothing was square, But we got it done ready for the owner to put on the market.

Finished this job over the Christmas period.
Unfortunately we were the second pavers on the job due to the levels and overall paving job not being completed to a high standard (the clients were devastated when they saw the first completed job)
We started with pulling up existing pavers, then installing a soakwell.
The clients were more than happy with the overall results after such a disappointing first experience.
So glad that we could give them just what they wanted/needed.

Our most recent client approached us and asked if we could create extra parking space with old clay pavers, First Class Paving & More got the job done.
These pavers were recycled from their driveway that they recently liquid limestoned. The verge we have paved for them was just a grassy sandpit.
The verge was professionally dug out and prepared to shire requirements.
Probably the most challenging thing was matching our paving into next doors crossover that had sank and moved significantly, as seen in the pictures.
Both Parties are more than happy with the end result.

Our latest job in treeby.
We originally did the paving through the building company, after the handover was done, the client reached out to us and asked us to extend to the front path, Alfresco and the driveway to create a low maintenance home for a busy family.
Our client is thrilled with the end result as are we.

Just a few pics of a driveway extension we have just completed,
Small job but the prep work was challenging as there was so much rubble and rocks that had been buried before just mulching over the top,
Not to mention the NBN box being completely covered, but lucky we found it and all is good,

A nice little weekend trip in our new Rooftop Camper to Pinjarra and Ravenswood to complete our First Job for Status Residential.
We are stoked with the end result; weather was up and down but we got the job done.

One of this week's jobs.
Client had some paving and drainage done recently, unfortunately the drainage that was installed was insufficient and caused the pavers to sink and move and water was becoming an issue in the alfresco area.
We were called to come and quote the job decided to completely change the drainage and install new drainage in a more appropriate area.
Unfortunately, due to the old clay pavers cracking and breaking as we took them out, we ran very short, due to the client's budget we decided to recycle pavers from previous jobs around the house, as you can see on the photos we used a range of different sizes, colour and thicknesses including three slabs that we turned into a feature to suit the style of the house.
Clients are absolutely over the moon with their new alfresco area.
It was a challenging job but here at First Class Paving & More we love a challenge and had a lot of fun with this one.

This week's job came with some terrible weather to start the week, but the show must go on!
It's not often you see a paved carport, so this was something different.
Plenty of prep work, working to many different levels, threw in some capping to carport area.
The porch was something different again due to the limestone retaining wall being 250mm lower than our finished paving level, we had to build a half step to obtain sufficient paving levels (all fun and games)
But we love it here at First Class Paving & More, keep them coming.
