Meet Jess: the behind-the-scenes organiser who shapes how our business runs and how our brand is presented.

As our Director of Operations & Brand Strategy, Jess oversees every process within the business: quoting, documentation, financial modelling, client communication, marketing, tenders, and overall business development.

She ensures each project feels organised, every client interaction is seamless, and the brand remains consistent and professional from first enquiry to final handover. If it’s polished, structured, or thoughtfully presented, Jess has shaped it.

Meet Nic: The driving force behind everything that happens on-site at Nightingale Painters and the young gun of the Father-Son duo behind Nightingale Painters.

As our Managing Director and Head of Operations & Project Delivery, Nic oversees all day-to-day operations across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. He manages multiple crews at once, handles client walkthroughs, takes measurements, details full project scopes, and coordinates job schedules with precision. He is also a wiz at putting paint on a wall!

Hands-on, detail-focused, and committed to doing things properly, Nic is the backbone of our project delivery. If you’ve seen us on-site running like a well-oiled machine, that’s Nic’s influence.
