As Humac Group continues to strengthen our presence across North Queensland, we’re proud to recognise Tomas in his role as our Townsville Office Manager.

Tomas has been a valued part of the Humac team for several years, playing an important role in project delivery and client relationships across the region. His promotion reflects both the trust he has built within our team and the strong capability he brings to the business.

Having previously lived in Townsville for over a decade, Tomas brings genuine local knowledge, strong regional connections, and a clear understanding of the North Queensland market. Combined with his industry experience and practical approach, he is well positioned to lead our Townsville operations and support clients from concept through to completion.

Tomas continues to combine office leadership with hands-on project involvement, ensuring clients receive a seamless, responsive, and personalised experience throughout every stage of the project journey.

We’re excited about the continued growth of our Townsville office and look forward to further strengthening our presence in the region under Tomas’ leadership.

We are pleased to see the approval of the new 78-unit accommodation development on Gatton Street, Westcourt, which will provide much needed social and affordable housing for older women in our region.

Humac Group is proud to have been involved in the design of this important project, helping to create safe, secure and dignified housing for women over 55 one of the fastest-growing groups experiencing housing insecurity in Australia.

We look forward to seeing the project progress and the positive impact it will have on our community.

Good news Cairns!

A 78 unit accommodation project has now been approved for Council owned land at Gatton Street in Westcourt, helping deliver more social and affordable housing options for older women in our community.

The development will be delivered by Access Community Housing and is expected to support women over 55, the fastest growing cohort experiencing housing insecurity in Australia.
