Glasstech are looking for a Customer Service & Office Coordinator!
As a long-established local wholesale glass business, we're looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable person to join our office team.
This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, administration, and front office duties in a busy and supportive environment.
Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, or office support is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing customer orders and data entry
• Answering phones and customer enquiries
• Greeting customers and assisting collections
• Preparing invoices and processing payments
• Managing emails and general office administration
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Confident using computers and learning systems
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
