🔧 The Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing leads & accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of commercial and industrial Painting and decorating projects. Work closely with myself, employees, suppliers, and clients in a supportive, professional environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates
• Interpret drawings, specs & scopes
• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors for pricing
• Maintain estimating systems & tender records

💼 About You

• 3+ years estimating experience
• Strong technical understanding of the building industry
• High attention to detail & problem-solving skills
• Confident interpreting drawings & documentation
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
