A great start to this fascia and roof replacement project! Last week the team started works on this small gazebo before turning their attention to the main house.🏝️

This morning we held our quarterly all staff meeting!

In our meeting we discussed hazardous chemicals & the safe handling of them, general business and employee awards!

We recently completed a partial roof replacement in Redlynch! 🏠

This work was undertaken to replace sheeting that was at the end of life.

Key reasons for replacement include preventing water damage, addressing rust/corrosion, boosting energy efficiency with modern materials and enhancing safety!

It’s a proactive measure to avoid costly repairs! 💪

Are your roof screws letting you down? 🫣

We recently completed this full roof re-screw job at east Innisfail 🏠
 
This work was done to prevent leaks, stop rust and maintain structural integrity by replacing old, corroded, or loose metal roofing screws which deteriorate over time, especially in our hot and humid conditions ☀️

This is a small proactive maintenance step for metal roofs & preventing small issues from becoming costly roof leaks 🙌
