Best trick: Herding the pet cats

Why we visited Spud today: Spud’s parent’s called Perfect Plumbing as their heater had stopped working. Upon inspection it was discovered to be a faulty fan. Due to age of the heater, a new furnace was required. Perfect Plumbing was able to replace the old furnace and ensure Spud would stay warm for the last few weeks of winter. Why we visited Tassie today: Tassie’s Mum got in contact with Perfect Plumbing as their ducted heater had stopped working. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the ducting had been crushed by an animal (Tassie). A local informant (Tassie) has assured Perfect Plumbing that it was the Chihuahua next door. Best trick: Pulling clothes off the washing line.

Why did we visit Betty today: Betty’s mum called Perfect Plumbing after noticing a burning smell in their home at the same time their heater had stopped working. Perfect Plumbing was able to arrive within an hour of this call and discovered a damaged flue that was leaking carbon monoxide into the roof and a faulty fan motor, which was causing the burning smell. Perfect Plumbing has ordered some parts in order to fix both of these issues so Betty’s heater can be up and running as soon as possible.
