Old clay line replaced with 100mm PVC back to the main.
Arrived 10:30… packed up and leaving by 2:00 😎💦

Nothing like digging around gas mains to put a few hairs on the chest 🔥 💥 🤣

Hot Water Fridays 💦🔥

Quick upgrade today after the old gas storage system finally s**t the bed yesterday 🫠

Out with the bulky tank and in with something more convenient, cheaper to run, and far more aesthetically pleasing 😎

Installed a Rinnai continuous flow system, which means the client now has endless hot water on demand. No waiting, no running out mid-shower, and no massive tank taking up space.

And I’ll say it again…
no matter what anyone says — a heat pump will never compare to a Rinnai continuous flow 🤌🏽🔥

Clean install. Endless hot water. Superior as always ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Trees may be beautiful… but they can be SUPER costly 🌳💸

What started as a “simple blocked drain” turned into a full-scale operation involving Trees ACT, Roads ACT, Icon Water and a big assist from the legends at 🤝

We attempted to save the tree using hydro excavation, but unfortunately the root system had completely taken over both the sewer and stormwater lines. At 1.7–2m deep, there was no other safe option.

Within 24 hours we had approvals sorted, machinery on site, and were ripping and tearing.

8 hours later — both sewer and stormwater repaired, reinstated and flowing exactly as they should 😎💦

This is the difference when you engage a team that knows how to manage authorities, safety, excavation and compliance properly.

💧 Irrigation repair at a local childcare this week…

After another “plumbing professional” attempted a repair using what looked like old chewing gum 🤢
(aka ferropre epoxy 🫠)

It honestly blows my mind how some people choose the hardest, worst and longest way to do a job…
when doing it properly is quicker, cleaner and actually lasts 🧐

⚠️ Reality check:
Just because someone holds a licence, doesn’t mean they’re operating at the same level as others.

If you find a good tradesperson –
stick with them.
Even if it means waiting.
Even if they cost more.

Because the trade industry is seriously declining in quality.

Some more quality work that has been carried out in Canberra 🤮🤥

Building is only 2 years old!

How many breaches can you spot?? 👀🧐
No gutter overflow, non compliant rainhead, sumps too small….

Ps. The building had a large amount of water ingress with the last rain we had in Canberra, which regardless of if the sumps/rainheads are blocked should not happen.
