We took out the hob & replaced it with an aluminium water stop angle - New leak control fl**ge to the floor waste - Waterproofed - Screeded - Re-tiling to the shower base & perimeter wall tiles - Re-seal Epoxy service to the perimeter wall/floor joints - Re-grouted walls & a New shower screen.

Leak Free & the owner can now sell the property due to the shower now passing the inspection.
