About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Administration Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring administrative services, supplies, and tools are effectively and economically managed, while providing courteous and efficient support to both internal and external staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Screen and respond to incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Direct enquiries to appropriate team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documents.
Office Administration
• Order and maintain stock of office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate services from tradespeople and suppliers to ensure prompt, professional delivery.
• Process invoices and data entry using MYOB and Excel.
• Follow up on delayed supplier deliveries.
• Ensure efficient filing systems and document management.
Customer and Staff Interaction
• Liaise respectfully and positively with internal staff and external clients or suppliers.
• Answer phone calls in accordance with company policy and script standards.

Key Selection Criteria
Education & Experience
• Completion of Year 12 or equivalent (desirable).
• Prior experience in a professional office environment with familiarity in office systems.
• Proficiency in MYOB is preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing would be an advantage.
Skills & Attributes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
