Victoria is facing a significant increase in the demand for housing, so the government is implementing these measures to ensure the heritage and character of streetscapes, trees, gardens, and green spaces of Victoria’s residential areas are not jeopardised.

A garden area has a dimension of at least 1 metre and incorporates what you would expect to find in a garden area. Lawns, flower beds, swimming pools, tennis courts, open entertainment areas, gazebos, greenhouses can all be included in the garden area allocation.

We’ve had a few projects over the years that have come to us from other designers who the client has had a less than satisfactory experience, that we have had to ‘make work’ in terms of constructability and coordination.

We work for a central model for the project, so the model itself of the building is put together with precision to reduce time frames and eliminate issues as the detailing process progresses. While a concept design presents quite simply, the model it’s referencing has a lot of the construction details already figured out.
