Hosting a demo is a great, relaxed way to have a look at a Thermomix in your own time.
Thermomix demos are a chance to gather with a couple of friends, share some delicious food and get hands on with our TM7.

Thermomix demos are also a way, for hosts, to pick themselves up a free gift or a much sought after, higher ticketed item for a reduced price, all for sharing the demo with a few friends.

This dish always amazes me at how flavoursome it is - Mushroom Stroganoff
If you are looking for a hearty vegetarian dish this would have to be up there with the best.

Tonight I made a few changes:
Added 2 chopped raw chicken Kiev sausages for some protein at the 8 minute cook stage.
Didn’t have lemon so swapped the cream for Greek yogurt to get the creaminess and the tart hit.

I’m so full!!! But want some more lol

So I’ve been a little bit distracted of late with moving and and staying on top of all that’s going on and my food consumption has not been as planned as I’d like and lots of little treats have been consumed.

When I eat gluten the most obvious reaction is bloating but sometimes the effects are building up on the inside.

If I over do it consistently I end up with dermatitis herpetiformis usually confined to my elbows… it’s itchy asF and not pleasant at all!

So this is my reminder to listen to my body and get back in to some good eating habits and back to meal planning.

Breakfasts are always a challenge so last night I prepped some Chocolate Chia puddings.

OMG! These were delicious and tasted very indulgent as a breakfast meal!

My subs - I didn’t have any almond milk so I used mainly Greek yoghurt and lactose free milk and I didn’t have any maca powder.
The yoghurt added a great tart zing.

I’ll certainly be making these again!

So I jumped on this TikTok chicken trend. OMG why have I not coated chicken like this before 🤷🏼‍♀️ I also split the wing pieces in half (not the drumettes) this would have been a handy thing to know when the kids were little to make them go further🤦🏼‍♀️

They paired perfectly with this Blue cheese dressing - I may or may not hive licked the little bowl 😂 I have no idea why the lighting is so bad!

How’s your week looking?
Are you using the meal planner in Cookidoo??

I love that I can make the decisions once, buy only the food I need and limit any wastage - which all leads to saving money on my weekly food shop.

Tomorrow night we are having a family favourite - Lenard’s Chicken Kiev sausages so pairing with a sweet potato rosti.

Wednesday night will be using the leftover blue cheese from tonight. I’ll also add some chicken during the pasta cooking stage for more protein. Any GF pasta brand recommendations??

Thursday will be left overs but will meal prep some breaky dishes.

Friday is a NQ Cowboys home game so I’ll use up the left over blue cheese sauce from tonight and dip in some vege sticks.

Baking to get through the weekend!
