Some days its hard to see the wood for the trees! FB have sent a message to say that our page will be permanently deleted because they have decided we have infringed their trademark rights ? 6 Large Egg Yolks
94.8 g Granulated Sugar
237 mL Heavy Whipping Cream
474 mL Milk
2.5 mL Ground Nutmeg
add Salt
1 g Vanilla Extract
add Ground Cinnamon (for topping)
add Alcohol (optional)
