Progress update on this new guest house build — from open frame to fully sheeted.
Walls and ceilings are now sheeted, and the lower sections of the perimeter walls will be finished with a timber panelling feature to add contrast and durability. Each stage sets the foundation for the next.

🎨 Stage 4 – Jointing & Finishing
All joins, corners, were set with multiple layers of joint compound. The surface was sanded for a flawless finish. This stage is where the walls really started to transform, all corniced as well for a nice look blending the new and old seamlessly.
✨ Stage 5 – Ready for Painting
With the plastering complete, the walls were primed and ready for their final coat of paint. The transformation from painted brick and bare framing to sleek, modern walls was complete — a perfect blank canvas for the next design phase.
