Join our professional Arborist team in Coffs Harbour! We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to assist with various tree removal and site preparation projects.

The Role

Due to current demand, you will initially primarily operate the Menzi Muck Spider Excavator (experience with this machine is highly desirable). Depending on job requirements, you will also operate our 14t Doosan, smaller conventional excavators, and Posi-Tracks.

Bonus Skills: Experience using tree felling heads and forestry mulchers is a distinct advantage but is not essential for this role.

Schedule: Consistent Monday to Friday work—no weekend shifts required.

Flexibility: We are offering flexible employment options, including Casual, Part-Time, or Full-Time positions. We are prepared to discuss arrangements that suit your availability.

* This position will suit a fit applicant as some days will physically demanding and be spent mainly onsite and some days will be mainly in the truck
* Paid at casual rates, averaging 35-40 hours a week
* Above award rates
* Monday to Friday, 7am starts with occasional options for away works or out of regular hours at your discretion

We are hiring!

We are looking for a HR driver (crashbox) to join our team.

Must have:
- HR licence or above
- Experience towing (as our trucks tow chippers)
- Be willing to help on the ground, as well as driving the trucks
- A great attitude

We pay above award wages, work Monday-Friday with occasional weekend or evening works offers (though these are not compulsory), roughly between 35-40 hours a week with 7am starts. We are based at Moonee Beach and generally work between Red Rock and Urunga.
