New year. New look. Same great collaboration!

Happy New Year to all our clients, collaborators, and friends.

This year, as always, we’re looking forward to many compelling design conversations and to seeing our clients’ building dreams become reality.

We’re also incredibly excited to show off our refreshed brand.

Taking the concept of collaboration as a jumping off point, our talented design partner has built us a new look inspired by the phrase ‘Spaces between us.’

Our work explores how architecture connects people—the meeting points, shared moments, and environments that hold meaning beyond the structures themselves.

We hope you enjoy our refreshed look as much as we’re enjoying rolling it out!

A day of learning, listening, and connection with Aunty Cheryl Bourke and Mick Buckworth at Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-Operative in Shepparton.

Our RAP Working Group spent time hearing stories about Rumbalara’s proud history and the incredible work they continue to do to support community, culture, and self-determination.

It was also great to see a number of our completed projects in use — places that support the important work Rumbalara does every day.

We’ve been lucky to work alongside Rumbalara for more than 15 years, and every visit reminds us how much there is to learn through genuine relationships, shared stories, and respect.

🏫 Emmanuel College, Warrnambool - Edmund Rice Centre complete!

We're delighted to reveal photographs of Emmanuel College's recently completed Edmund Rice Centre (ERC). This significant project will be home to Emmanuel College's innovative 9@Rice programme.

The ERC will accommodate 250 students and encompass general learning areas, specialty classrooms, a gymnasium, and new administration and support areas.

The centre needed to contain both physical and symbolic paths of connection through thematic leaning domains: Wisdom, Communication, and Exploration. The learning and breakout spaces encourage project-based discovery across the sciences, media, art, food technology, sports and more.

The dedicated Year 9 facility, a contemporary, calm learning environment, achieves a key milestone in the College’s master plan.

The centre will provide both a nurturing calm learning environment for the Year 9 cohort and a space where the entire school community can come together.

🚧 Breaking ground on Stage 3 at St Francis Catholic College – Cobblebank Campus!

Construction is now underway with Nicholson Construction, marking the next milestone in the school’s growth.

This project will enable the College to expand beyond Year 7–9 and grow into a full Year 7–12 campus, offering both VCE and VCE VM classes. By 2028, the campus on Bridge Rd, Cobblebank is anticipated to welcome up to 1,500 students.

Stage 3 will deliver a brand-new two-storey General Learning Building for Years 10–12, featuring a collaborative space, social zone, staff work areas, and staff and student amenities – all designed to foster connection, collaboration, and contemporary learning.

We’re proud to continue our collaboration with St Francis Catholic College, Melton and Cobblebank and look forward to seeing this next chapter come to life.

📢 Important Milestone! 🎉

We’re pleased to welcome 2Construct onboard as main contractor for Huntingtower's brand new Junior School and Senior School General Learning Building.

Carefully integrated into the school’s green landscape the project features 7 Junior GLA, 8 Senior GLA, specialist STEM and music rooms, a new library, administration, staff lounge and support spaces. Works also include refurbishment of existing buildings - upgrading the Principal’s office and languages building as well as removing a number of outdated buildings.

We’re looking forward to seeing this next chapter for Huntingtower take shape!

📢 Exciting progress at the Middle Years Precinct!

Fresh from being recognised with an Excellence Award for “Innovation in Learning Environment Design” at the 2025 Australian Education Awards, construction of the Middle Years Precinct at Westbourne Grammar School continues with pace.

The building is now weather sealed with the 50+ curtain wall panels craned in and fully installed. Just look at that skylight!

Over the next few weeks, we will see the remainder of the façade installed with canopy steel, glazing and prefinished Barestone fascias fitted. Internally the finishes trades are ongoing with the most exciting being Keystone perforated plywood to the atriums and the sprung timber floor to the multi-purpose hall.

It's really beginning to take shape!
