Last Friday, our team joined HIA NSW's annual Building & Business Symposium. Lots of great conversations with builders about the pressures on residential projects right now, tighter footprints and clients asking for homes that will still work for them in twenty years.

Accessibility and future-proofing are moving from a nice-to-have to a design consideration builders are being asked about upfront, and it's encouraging to see the industry treating it that way.

Another day, another round-up of stunning lift installations from the Next Level Elevators team.

This edition includes our fully customisable HLB in a range of configurations and finishes:

1. All-black with sleek glass auto-swing doors
2. The same lift, styled from the exterior
3. A bronze mirror finish cabin, paired with a striking green floor-to-ceiling control panel
4. A through-car with full mirrored walls for a seamless, elevated feel

Earlier this month, we took some of our most valued clients to Mt Eliza, on the Mornington Peninsula, for an exclusive preview of the completed homes on this season's The Block .

It's our way of saying thank you to our clients who continue to partner with us at Next Level Elevators. Not just a gesture, but a genuine "we're glad you're here." It was a truly unique experience, rounded out by conversation on builds, design and what’s on-trend over a beautiful winery lunch.
