And that’s a wrap! After working like a madman for the last few months, Pete’s officially on holidays. He finished with another hail damaged van, replacing the front, rear, roof and left hand side.
We are likely not have any phone and internet contact for most of the time we’re away but will return early June and will happily answer any inquiries then.

Pete's a ridiculously busy dude but somehow scored a tiny bit of chill time waiting for another damaged van to arrive so he knocked out some DIY home fixes by replacing the ancient moldy wooden front and back gable fascia boards with shiny aluminum ones, because when the wife is happy, life is happy. ♥️

A hail storm trashed this van's front, side and rear panels, prompting the owners to seize the opportunity to give it a snazzy fresh-from-the-factory makeover by swapping grey panels for white ones. Now Pete's got his work cut out for him - stripping off all exterior fittings, scrubbing off old silicon, and refitting them on shiny new panels with fresh silicon and rewiring the lights, because who doesn't love a good rewiring job.

The hail storm that hit the Gold Coast dealership right before Christmas has Pete working overtime replacing walls, hatches, solar panels, and roofs - yikes. But let's give credit where it's due, the vans are still mostly unscathed despite hail the size of up to 13cms, that's some solid build quality!

Christmas is a wrap and Pete's back at it, busy hammering away at handyman jobs, thanks to the pre-Christmas hail storms in Brisbane that turned everyone's caravan roofs into a colander. He's got a queue of caravans to fix, walls to mend, and roofs to replace, oh joy! But, busy as he is, Pete's a sucker for helping out the locals, so shout if you need a hand. 😊
