We shaped the façade with clean, balanced lines, then carried that clarity through every space inside. Generous glazing brings natural light into the heart of the home, while the indoor–outdoor flow supports the way people actually live on the Gold Coast.

The material palette was chosen to feel grounded and timeless — nothing excessive, just honest textures that age gracefully. Each bedroom has its own bathroom to give every family member a sense of privacy and retreat, and the living zones are arranged to feel open yet purposeful.
