I wanted to reach out to you all and thank you so much for your support today.
Each year I invest a significant amount of time and effort into creating a new PAILA Memorial Ornament. I try very hard to make sure that each completely new design is something that you will not only love but also that it’s something fitting to represent your baby/babies and that which you can proudly hang on your tree.
As those close to me know, the night before we go live with the new design each year, I am always incredibly anxious about whether you will like it or not.
Well today you guys have blown me away!! You have ordered hundred of ornaments!!!
Please know that I am furiously packing your orders as we speak. I’ve already done two post office runs this afternoon after work alone. Due to the quantity of incoming orders it may be one or two days before I can complete all orders. The website is set up to issue a shipping confirmation once I have packed and shipped your order. Please do not panic if you don’t receive this on the same day that you place your order. I assure you that I will be working through every single order as quickly as I possibly can. I’ve also arranged for packing support on Wednesday.
