Recently completed set of steps the team knocked over for a client.

The porch originally had stairs on the opposite end which we removed, concreted and had a lift installed for the elderly client.

We then moved the stairs to the other side and even managed to re-use the original handrail keeping the aesthetic of the house.

Quick little tidy up of the side of this customers house to keep there “horse” I mean dog in and happy.

Office is coming along, a bit slower than we’d like but being busy has placed it on the back burner.

Had a chance to start sheeting it today with a bit of a different look than the original plan of gyprock. We thought we would see how it turned out using a Matt Sufmist TrimDek sheet from COLORBOND steel. We think it’s coming along nicely and can’t wait to see it finished ✅.

Bit of a change for us today, tasked with the install of some new iPad stations for Westpac / St George banks in Cootamundra and Young which we think came up a treat.

And that’s a wrap on the first laundry of 2026.

What started as a 40+ year old tired and worn out room with no storage, bench space or appeal has turned into a modern, bright and airy space the home owner can now enjoy.

The room was fully stripped, insulated, re-Lined, new Electrical with the install of downlights to replace the old single fluro, plumbing sorted and we think it turned into a beautiful space.

And it’s now time to pull up stumps for Xmas 🎅 after the team got the little veranda finished in time for the owners.

A great effort this morning seen them enjoy an early day, even after a little sleep in by Shep’s carpentry .

All the above being said we would like to wish everyone of our amazing clients a safe, merry and enjoyable Xmas 🎅.

Thanks to you all for entrusting us through the year and we can’t wait to see what 2026 brings with some exiting things happening early in the new year.

The start of the last job before Xmas 🎅.

The owner has had issues with water ingress as the old roof was beyond repair and leaking like a sieve.

The timber structure was impacted and rotting causing the structure to fail.

The team, demo’ed the old structure (didn’t take long with the rot) and started rebuilding using a full steel structure.

Hopefully we get it completed for the owner in time for Xmas lunch.
