2 deckings rebuilt, subfloor fixed and other replaced. New verandah post, new handrails and stainless steel Balustrading. New Merbau stairs and decking, finished with cutek natural timber oil.

Interior of the house is now complete.

Lock-up completed and painted.

Removed old wall cladding, removed old windows, fixed up timber frame and installed new windows. Braced walls, installed new wall cladding, removed and replaced fascia boards and eaves.

Removed old timber windows, rebuilt exterior wall, build new walls inside and plastered, installed new doors and trims, exterior wall cladded and rendered.

Sratco Carport.

Some painting left to do. Replacement of 2 windows and external door frame. Top of stairs opening made bigger. Removed post in middle of room and installed beams for support.
