Scorecard is a valuable tool for assessing your home's energy use, hot and cold comfort ratings, and evidence based recommendations.

What this means for you:
📑 If we've completed your Scorecard Assessment, book in any variation modelling to test the impact of upgrades or renovations before it's too late. We can use your existing data, so it's cost effective.

It's that time of year.......!

Time to get planning for your native verge garden. Many local governments offer rebates too, in recognition of the benefits waterwise native verge gardens bring to neighbourhoods.

✔️ Site - plan around your home, street, suburb and site.
✔️ Soil - check the condition, and if it's hydrophobic
✔️ Services - check for utilities before you make a big mistake!
✔️ Sightlines - plan for pedestrian and vehicle safety and follow the rules.
✔️ Wind - use windbreaks and cooling.
✔️ Sun - plant for shade and plant for winter sun.
✔️ Species - choose endemic for plants that thrive and to create habitat and food for fauna.
