Grout replacement . MAIN FLOOR AREA . NOT IN WET AREA . WHOLE SPACE GROUTED BY PREVIOUS TILER 20 YEARS AGO. Where a wall was replaced
This job is for a real estate agent .
Normally we silicone against skirting boards.
Only reason we grouted it was due to rest of the 100m2 floor is grouted against skirting board. If we where to silicone against skirting boards throughout the whole house. Which would have been a cost the landlord wouldn't have wanted to do. Also the orignal tilers set out and cuts meant gaps are bigger than usual. We grouted against skirting board to match rest of the house. Appreciate all the comments. Been popular post this one. Possibly for wrong reasons but content is content after all.
