On Monday morning I heavily reduced a large Bottlebrush tree in a yard in Bunbury. The tree was taken back from the lawn, creating more space and allowing much needed light for the grass; a playhouse that was hidden under it was also unveiled. All branches that headed out over the neighbouring fence were also removed or reduced. The tops of remaining taller limbs can be removed at a later date if desired to further compact the shape, once successful lower regrowth has occurred.
