🌿We are looking for backpackers and general workers to join our Plant Nursery team here in the Tropical Northern Territory! Starting ASAP 2025
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Detailing plants; cleaning leaves, pruning, weeding etc
-Lifting plants onto and off trolleys and assisting throughout the nursery in other areas such as packing and dispatch area's.
All training will be provided
Physical requirements- You will be performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
The ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
Be prepared to work outside in the Territory's climate. It is the wet season⛈
You will need your own transport
We are based at Lambells lagoon, NT
Hours of work Mon-Fri 7.30am to 4pm

🌼SALES ASSISTANTS REQUIRED

We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated Sales Assistants to join our Team and to assist the Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Day to day sales transactions-face to face, online and over the phone
Selecting plants for orders.
Entering sales orders and processing invoices.
In store ordering for our Bunnings orders (you will need a driver’s licence).
Working with stakeholders and maintaining customer relationships.
Assisting the sales manager with day-to-day sales, plant inspections and quarantine requirements.
Attention to detail is an important part of this role.

Key Attributes:
Willing to work as part of a fast-paced outdoor environment
Proficient with computers and good organisational skills
Ability to clearly communicate with team and stakeholders
Self-motivated with initiative to take action to meet deadlines
Skills in sales and providing excellent customer service
Plant knowledge and sales experience an advantage
