📋 ABOUT THE ROLE
As Supervisor you will be responsible for leading crews on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard across a range of projects throughout the Darwin region.

✅ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Supervising and coordinating on-site teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety and site requirements
• Liaising with clients and management
• Monitoring work quality and progress
• Completing site documentation and reporting

🛠️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within construction or maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's licence
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Working With Children Card (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews simultaneously
• Local Darwin knowledge an advantage

Strong winds can quickly turn loose branches and debris into major hazards.
Please ensure all trees and vegetation are trimmed back from your fence lines to help prevent damage during severe weather.
