Darwin’s getting a glow-up.

Global hotel heavyweight IHG is back, opening voco Darwin Suites this May, right in the CBD and just in time for the Dry.

Think 88 luxe suites, restaurant, pool, gym and prime Mitchell Street location. The kind of stay that says yes, I’ll have another night in Darwin.

It’s a big win for the Territory, with visitor numbers up, spending soaring, and more than 200 local jobs already created.

This bespoke residence, located on the outskirts of Darwin, is designed to accommodate a large family and guests comfortably, providing individuality as needed, but generously opening up to integrated indoor and outdoor living spaces, offering, above all, a unique experience that resembles the likes of european summer villas.

The house’s shape promotes a continuous dialogue between the building and the surrounding landscape through its geometry, vistas and materiality.

This home incorporates Concept Design's contemporary and rustic design approach from the floor plate to materials, resulting in this unique home.
