Recovering from knee surgery and looking through some old completed projects and found this beauty at Kellaway Street in Fannie Bay. Working with a great client, we completed the design and documentation for this extension / alteration to an existing residence. Jack Forrest and his team finished this build to the highest quality. This project also took out HIA NT "Home of the year" Winner in 2021.

We were lucky enough to design this incredible extension back in 2015 in Cullen Bay. It was grand on every scale. The owners wanted to create more entertaining areas and a “fun house” for their young children, complete with two pools and a slide to connect them. 🤘 Also featuring a glass floor to view their prized luxury car.

Did someone say "Tree change"?

We noticed this beauty that we designed many years ago in Marlows Lagoon is currently up for sale with Call2View Realestate.

Now this is what we call "living wellbeing".

High level louvres, oodles of natural light and crossflow throughout, outdoor deck and kitchen overlooking a lagoon style swimming pool.

I mean, who wouldn't want to wake up to the serenity?

Thinking of renovating your existing home? Now is the time to do it! The NT Government has just announced a $30 million 'Home Improvement Scheme'.

This will provide Territorians who own a home a $6,000 grant for renovations if they contribute $2,000 of their own money.

Alternatively, home owners can spend $1,000 to a get a $4,000 renovation grant.
