Retrofitting a number of elements on this old style shed in Castlemaine. Some work had been originally done internally by other contractors but the external facade was left neglected

* Removed old leaking Roof Sheeting and straightened out roof with new roof battens and new Zincalume Corrugate

* Removed existing timber cladding that was exposing the frame and replaced with sleek Night Sky Colorbond Corrugate with new bespoke made shed door.

* Dismantled original Verandah that was dangerous and replaced with new post and rafter framing to bring to regulation specifications. Lined underneath with cement sheeting and painted.

* Then fabricated and installed a small Merbau deck to even out the very uneven original external concrete slab. Making a beautiful space for an outdoor bath for the client.

Opening up a badly designed staircase which blocked out views from the kitchen to the dining area, as well as a lot of light. Opening up the non load bearing walls did wonders for the space.

Removal of old rotten pine decking with new 140mm Feature Grade Spotted Gum decking, oiled with Cutek Oil. As well as new treated pine joists, treated pine plinth boards.

6 Seater Recycled Outdoor Table reusing Cypress Pine from clients old Pergola. A good sand with some Cutek Oil Stain came up a real treat. 🙌

SERVICING HEPBURN, DAYLESFORD, CRESWICK, CASTLEMAINE & SURROUNDS

Totally Handy Recently completed Garage Renovation near Kyneton. The client was wanting to re-purpose their unused garage into a usable office space.

* Framed out the walls and plastered the walls and ceiling with internal insulation.
* Installed a new recycled Tassie Oak hardwood floor, sanded and varnished.
* Installed new double glazed sliding doors front and rear.
* Fabricated and installed new Plywood Wardrobe and cabinetry.
* Finished with three (3) coats of paint.
