Good Morning Everyone Leaves and Vines won’t be opening today.

This post comes with a serious plea, I’m sure most have heard or seen, yesterday morning a Driver with significant speed and other factors made an error in judgement and collided heavily with our stationary Polly Car.

This is a busy area of town, constant people getting prams out of cars, crossing the roads, and so much more.

No one was hurt, whilst I gave the man a hug and offered everything I could my plea is.

Don’t speed.

Don’t drive distracted

Definitely not under the influence of anything.

If you have glasses pop them on.

Be insured it will save all parties the biggest run around.

Most of all please value people’s lives and their possessions.

So grateful the driver is okay and I wish him well 🥰

I see a lot of people following growers, professional gardeners, trained experts and studied techniques and I appreciate them beyond words.

But I also remember my childhood… an aunty giving advice over the fence, Nana out in her veggie patch, Pop laying manure around the garden and teaching us the simple things.

With budgets stretched these days, things like Masterclasses can be out of reach for many of us. I’ve always been more of a tried-and-tested kind of gal anyway. 🌱

Over time we’ve evolved our small town yard into something we’re really proud of, and we’re still not finished lol.

Not everything has to follow a pretty trend to be worthwhile.

These are just some of the things we grow produce that feeds our tummies and supports our little nature friends too 🐝🦋🏡

Sometimes the best gardening tip doesn’t come from the internet…

it comes from the neighbour next door. Share the knowledge, share the harvest, and grow together. 💚

We will always share our knowledge no gate keeping no cost no ticket needed, together gardens are better ❤️
