We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team — Tyler, our new plastering apprentice 👏

Tyler has been working alongside us over the past few months, and after seeing his work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn, we’ve officially decided to sign him on as an apprentice.

Due to continued growth and a busy workload, bringing Tyler on board helps support the team while allowing us to continue delivering the quality work we pride ourselves on. We’re looking forward to helping Tyler develop his skills in the trade and watching his journey in the industry.

🏆 State Rising Star Award 2025 🏆

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Brock Holloway, who was selected as a State Rising Star through Tas Building Group from over 200+ apprentices across the state.

This recognition comes off the back of Brock also winning the TasTAFE Trade Excellence Award for Outstanding Training Commitment, further highlighting his dedication, work ethic, and commitment to mastering his trade.

As a team at LJO Plastering, we are personally so proud of Brock — not just for the awards, but for the way he shows up every day with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine pride in his work. This achievement is a well-deserved acknowledgement of the effort he puts in and a great example of what’s possible when apprentices are supported to succeed.

Bit of an appreciation/proud boss post, I couldn't get to this job today and Brock my 3rd year has taken the wheel on this one, trowelled up cleaned up, and did an awesome job on this and I couldn't be prouder of this kid! he's never late, never takes days off, even turns up most morning with a coffee for me, an absolute asset to the business. This bloke is gonna go far in life!
