Note to all Customers in regards to 7 Day Circuit Breaker

To all our valued Customers,

In line with the Victorian governments 7 Day circuit breaker, we will be changing the way
we trade from 11:59pm Thursday the 27th of May until 11:59pm Thursday the 3rd of June.

Delivery
We will still be operating our full range of contact free delivery services. Please advise sales
staff of any delivery notes at the time of placing the order. Alternatively we will have our driver
contact you by phone on arrival for delivery instructions. For building sites that may have their
own specific protocols please notify sales staff when placing orders so that we can ensure
our drivers can comply.

Pick Up
All pickups will be limited to trade account customers and only by prior arrangement.
Please contact your relevant branch to organise the goods and time of pick up as the gates
to all branches will be closed. All customers entering will be required to sign in via our QR code
at the time of arrival and must remain in their vehicle at all times. Please ensure you are wearing
a face mask at all times whilst on site.

Changed Trading Conditions.

To all our valued Customers,
As of 11.59pm Tuesday the 27th of October our trading conditions have changed.

Pick-Up
All trade and general public customers are now allowed in store, please ensure masks are worn at all times and please continue to maintain social distancing.
