We made it almost to the end of the season before we had an unwelcome intrusion from a bovine or two (our own 🥴). There’s literally s**t everywhere, some overturned pots, a few damaged stakes and chewed flowers/buds in different spots around the patch, but it could have been so much worse! And no, they didn’t break through the electric fence…

I was gifted some original artworks & coaster and a gorgeous piece of ribbon from a sweet young cousin today. I managed to scrounge some not-too-shabby dahlias from the end-of-season patch late this afternoon, to show off the ribbon. It’s been a delightful day 🌸 🌟 💞
