Little investment property bathroom.

We were asked to spruce it up. Nothing too fancy and we were given a budget to work with. Its important to note though that the process and material cost is the same no matter if its cheaper fixtures or fittings. We won't budge or cut on our finishes but there can be big difference on final costs of fixtures and tiles when doing an investment style renovation. We are definitely mindful of cost and take emotion out of the equation.

I think we would all agree this is a great result. Simple, light, some feature touches and more modern.

Hows the vanity wall ?

This is one we done a couple of years ago and Ive now accessed the post painted photos.

The main change layout change was the wall that was altered right of vanity to allow a big open walk in shower. It also created a vanity nook which we fitted in a good size 1500 double vanity with recessed shaving cabinets.

That vanity wall and tile is definitely a highlight !

Step by step before and after.

This was a very small space. The brief a bigger shower. So to do that, we shortened the vanity and moved the toilet allowing a 1600 long shower along the whole wall. Being such a small area we didn’t want any splash so we screen the whole shower. It has not compromised the space and actually it looks really nice and tidy.

The little details like the shower nib wall, arched shaving cabinet and large format floor tile ran up the walls has finished the space off beautifully.

Very happy clients so much so we will go back next year for stage 2 renos 🤙

How amazing is the design and architecture in some countries ?

This little place called 'Mumbles' in Wales caught my eye after seeing images of the late and beautiful singer Bonnie Tyler's funeral. She lived in this amazing little town and they lined the beautiful streets in the 1000's in a beautiful show of love and respect.

The colour grabbed me initially, so I delved further into this little place and its so cool. The colours, cleanliness and perfect rows and rows of homes is incredible.

There is so much beauty in beauty in colour and in every corner of the universe if we all just opened our eyes ... or as Bonnie would say .. 'turn around bright eyes' 💜

If anyone has been to this little seaside place called Mubbles, I'd love to hear more.

This space really needed loving !!!

And it just got ripper makeover.

From a very dilapidated laundry and lower level toilet, we have changed this to a one level, fully decked out second bathroom with a perfect little laundry to match. Both rooms are so inviting, perfect in space and light and bright.

Such a huge improvement. Dont trust me, see for yourself.
