The latest extension that we have recently finished.
Adding on a master bedroom, robe and en-suite, aswell as an office, rumpus and expanding the living room this extension has transformed this houses functionality and given it a great modern looking facade!
The recycled red brick and colorbond nail strip cladding work so well together and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this project.
Thanks to all the trades we had work on this project, they continue to do a fantastic job for us and we couldn’t have done it without their help!

A living room and home office renovation we recently completed.
We fully gutted both rooms from their original state(approx 50 odd years old) and completely restored them to fresh new rooms that has changed the whole feel of the house.
New windows, fire place, chimney, hearth and mantle which has made a huge difference to the feel and coziness of this home.
The client was stoked with the outcome and we are so glad he can start enjoying it leading into the new year :)

A deck and pergola we recently completed in Jindivick. Replacing a much smaller structure that was ready for a facelift, we extended the size of the deck and roofed area across the back part of the house while adding a set of stairs off it for easier access to the back side of the house.
It was a great project to take on and we couldn’t be happier for the clients with the new entertaining area they now have for their beautiful property!

Great little heater project we couldn’t not share! All trades involved did an unreal job in the completion of this one, has been a fantastic addition to an already stunning house!

A bathroom reconfiguration, bedroom and living area we recently completed for a lovely couple in Drouin. The original bathroom was split into a seperate shower and toilet area, outdated and needed a renovation to better suit the clients needs.
We fully gutted the rooms to make it one big functioning bathroom. Access with two big cavity sliders, appropriate hand and grab rails in the shower and toilet areas, walk in shower with non slip vinyl floors. The bedroom and living area were re-floored with carpet tiles which help aid the use of a walker.
A new ducted heating system was installed, aswell as underfloor polyester insulation.
The project had a great outcome and we can only hope it is what the clients had hoped for 🙂

A Renovation we recently completed in Drouin, following on from one we did in the other part of the house last year.

We fully gutted the 2 bathrooms, laundry, toilet, robes and bedrooms to give this whole section of the house a reconfigured, more functionable look.

Walls and doors were moved in the main bathroom, robe removed behind the laundry, to then extend the laundry and robes in opposite bedrooms removed to create 2 walk in robes instead.

There was plenty of aspects to this project but very happy with the outcome of it all!

Thanks to all trades that were involved and helped us get the desired outcomes!

A deck and pergola we recently completed in Drouin.

A great addition to this home and has fully transformed the backyard into an entertainers delight, just in time for summer!

Spotted gum 140mm decking was used and it came up a treat!

Thanks to the boys and all trades involved, very pleased with how it all turned out!

The finished product of a recent renovation we did in Drouin.
It came up fantastic, the brighter colours, modern kitchen and spotted gum vinyl floors gave this house a great facelift.
The project included:
-removal of an angled wall and square it up, to create an extra bedroom
-Lifted ceiling in the alfresco to make it a more usable space
-removal of carpet in the living areas and installation of spotted gum vinyl flooring
-Removal of the old kitchen and installation of modern new kitchen with butlers pantry
-Custom cabinetry in the living area
-New wood heater
-Installation of new triple stacker sliding doors into entertaining spaces
-new entry door and side lights

I hope the clients are stoked with the end result as we couldn’t be happier with how it all came up!

First new build officially handed over!

After 9 months Salter Built has delivered their first new house to clients Ben and Deb!

It was a great experience and made a breeze thanks to Ben and Deb, such easy going clients and so helpful with any bumps we ran into along the way!

I’ve taken plenty out of the whole process and it has been huge for the development of the business as a whole, moving forward into bigger projects and new builds.

The team and all trades involved did an above and beyond job and we couldn’t be happier with the finishes and end result!

All the best to Ben, Deb and the kids in the future and we hope you enjoy your new family home!
