This gate has been a problem for 3 years. I've constantly mentioned to th client that it wasn't done properly by the fencer. After numerous patch ups by myself, they finally agreed to follow my advice and get it rectified.
After dismantling the gate, I had it welded up properly, and added caps on the ends of the tube for more strength and integrity. Now the gate is much more solid and will last decades.....

This afternoon's job was to remove rotten stairs and replace with new ones, and remove some rotten decking.... ...

Currently I'm working on a decking/pergola area for a mate that unfortunately had a motorcycle accident some years ago, and is now in a wheelchair. We are going to incorporate a lift for his chair, that will take him up to the decking. This area is going to give him a very special area that he can go to and relax, and enjoy the view, as it's on his back fence and on the other side is open paddocks that people ride horse's, dirtbikes and has a lot of kangaroos visit.

Pretty certain I pushed the limit of the roof racks, and some today.....
