Some weeks feel heavy before they even begin.

Just remember you were never meant to carry everything on your own. God cares about every part of your life, even the things you haven’t spoken about yet.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7

Take a moment this week to slow down, pray, and trust God with what’s on your heart. And don’t forget to check in on the people around you too. A little kindness goes a long way.
