I came across a video that I would like to share with you. While there is stuff on Youtube of dubious quality I think this guys message is quite good, and he backs it up with research . It lasts about 15 minutes.

Vermicompost came out ahead on every measure.
Higher microbial counts, higher enzyme activity across the board, and peak activity reached nearly 3 weeks earlier than in conventional compost.
